黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者的疗效评估

Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Rational Zhongtang on Chronic Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

目的:分析黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床价值。方法:选取2020年3月—2022年1月平邑县中医医院收治的脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者74例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各37例。对照组给予西医三联疗法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗1年复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);研究组反酸嗳气、食少纳差、胃痛胃胀、恶心呕吐消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后,两组患者白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、C反应蛋白水平均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤合理中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的效果显著,可降低远期复发率,缩短临床症状缓解时间,改善炎性因子水平。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Rational Zhongtang in treating chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:A total of seventy-four patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type chronic gastritis treated in Pingyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine triple therapy,and the study group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Rational Zhongtang on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05);The 1-year recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P=0.021);The disappearance time of regurgitation,poor food intake,stomachache and distension,nausea and vomiting in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand C-reactive protein in 2 groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Rational Zhongtang has remarkable effect on chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,which can reduce the long-term recurrence rate,shorten the time of clinical symptom relief and improve the level of inflammatory factors.
