针刺联合风湿痹痛膏治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Fengshi Bitong Ointment in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Her⁃niation of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Type

目的:探究针刺联合风湿痹痛膏治疗肝肾虚亏型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月咸宁市中医医院收治的肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者68例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各34例。对照组给予针刺治疗,研究组给予针刺联合风湿痹痛膏治疗。比较两组患者临床效果、疼痛程度、腰椎功能、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P=0.031);治疗后,两组疼痛评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均降低,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数均升高,研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者生理机能、躯体疼痛、角色生理、心理健康评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合风湿痹痛膏治疗肝肾虚亏型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果显著,能缓解患者疼痛,改善睡眠质量,提升腰椎功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Fengshi Bitong ointment in treating lumbar in⁃tervertebral disc herniation with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with liver and kidney defi⁃ciency lumbar disc herniation treated in Xianning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with Fengshi Bitong ointment.The clinical effect,pain degree,lumbar function,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031);After treatment,the scores of pain and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were de⁃creased in both groups,while the scores evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association were increased,the study group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the physiological function,physical pain,role physiology and mental health scores of the two groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Fengshi Bitong oint⁃ment has a remarkable effect on the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar disc herniation,which can relieve pa⁃tients'pain,improve sleep quality,enhance lumbar function and improve quality of life.
