重症颅脑损伤护理中实施优化急诊护理路径干预的效果观察

Effects of Optimized Emergency Nursing Care Procedures on Rescue Critical Craniocerebral Injury

目的:探讨重症颅脑损伤护理中实施优化急诊护理路径干预的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月广州市中西医结合医院收治的重症颅脑损伤患者88例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施优化急诊护理路径干预。观察两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组急救时间和住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)均降低,Fugl-Meye运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meye)评分均升高,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meye评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:重症颅脑损伤患者护理中实施急诊护理路径效果理想,有助于缩短急救时间,促进患者神经功能和肢体功能的恢复,改善患者预后,家属满意度较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of optimized emergency nursing Care procedures on Rescue Severe Craniocerebral In⁃jury.Methods:88 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Guangzhou Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as observation subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 44 cases each by adopting the random number table method.The control group imple⁃mented conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented optimized emergency nursing Care procedures.Nursing effect of patients in the two groups was compared.Results:the rescue duration and hospitalization duration of the observa⁃tion group were shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the neurological def⁃icit score(NIHSS)of the patients in the two groups after the intervention were reduced,and the scores of Fugl-Meye Assessment of Motor(Fugl-Meye)were elevated;NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Fugl-Meye scores of Observation group higher than than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the family satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation of optimized emergency nursing Care in patients with severe craniocerebral injury is ideal,which helps to shorten the rescue duration,promote neurological recovery of patients and limb func⁃tion,and improve the prognosis of the patients with high family satisfaction.
