医护一体化快速康复护理对肺癌根治术患者的影响

Effect of Integrated Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients Undergoing Radical Resection of Lung Cancer

目的:探究医护一体化快速康复护理对肺癌根治术患者的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年3月肇庆市第二人民医院收治的行肺癌根治术患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各30例。参照组应用常规护理,研究组应用医护一体化快速康复护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组术毕心率、收缩压优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,研究组心理状态均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:对肺癌根治术患者实施医护一体化快速康复护理,有助于预防应激反应,降低并发症发生率,改善负性情绪及炎性因子水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of integrated rapid rehabilitation nursing on patients with radical resection of lung can⁃cer.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer treated in Zhaoqing Second People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The reference group used routine nursing,and the study group used integrated rapid rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The heart rate and systolic blood pressure of the study group were better than those of the reference group after operation,and the differences were statistical⁃ly significant(P<0.05);The levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were lower than those in the ref⁃erence group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);After nursing,the mental state of the study group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:It is helpful to prevent the stress reaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the level of negative emotion and inflammatory factors.
