CT检查在结肠癌手术前后的临床应用价值分析

Values of CT Imaging Before and After Colon Cancer Surgery

目的:分析CT检查在结肠癌手术前后的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年2月—2023年2月于烟台市蓬莱中医医院接受手术治疗的结肠癌患者71例为观察对象,患者于术前、术后6个月进行CT检查,将病理学诊断结果作为金标准,分析CT诊断在结肠癌中的诊断效果。结果:CT与病理学诊断的结肠癌检出率、复发检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结肠癌患者术后诊断中,病理学诊断与CT检查的T分期、M分期和N分期符合率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:结肠癌手术前后通过CT诊断结肠癌的检出率良好,可准确判断复发情况及分期情况,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of CT examination before and after surgery for colon cancer.Methods:71 cases of colon cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment at Penglai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Yantai City,from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the observation object,and the patients were subjected to CT examination before surgery and six months after surgery,and the results of pathological diagnosis were taken as the gold standard to analyze the diag⁃nostic effect of CT diagnosis in colon cancer.Results:Detection rate and recurrence detection rate of colon cancer under CT imag⁃ing and pathological Test were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Comparison of the compli⁃ance rate of T-stage,M-stage and N-stage between pathology diagnosis and CT examination in the postoperative diagnosis of co⁃lon cancer patients,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:the detection rate of colon cancer un⁃der CT imaging before and after colon cancer surgery is good,and it can accurately determine the recurrence and staging,which has high clinical value.
