腰麻联合针刺麻醉在痔疮手术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Lumbar Anesthesia Combined with Acupuncture Anesthesia in Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的:分析腰麻联合针刺麻醉在痔疮手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年4—7月长春中医药大学附属医院行痔疮手术患者68例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各34例。对照组采用常规腰麻,观察组采用腰麻联合针刺麻醉。比较两组麻醉优良率、术中追加麻醉药物率、手术时间、肌肉松弛评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)及术中不良反应发生率。结果:观察组麻醉优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);观察组术中追加麻醉药物率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012);两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组肌肉松弛评分、VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组术中不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与常规腰麻相比,腰麻联合针刺麻醉在痔疮手术中的应用效果更加理想,麻醉效果更好,可促进肌肉松弛,减少术中追加麻醉药物,减轻患者痛苦,不会增加不良反应,对手术时间无影响。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of lumbar anesthesia combined with acupuncture anesthesia in hemorrhoid operation.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty-four cases in each group.The control group received conventional lumbar anesthesia,and the observation group received lumbar anesthesia combined with acupuncture anesthesia.The rate of excellent and good anesthesia,the rate of additional anesthetic drugs during operation,operation time,muscle relaxation score,visual analogue score(VAS)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);the rate of additional anesthetic drugs during operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05);the muscle relaxation scores and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional lumbar anesthesia,the application of lumbar anesthesia combined with acupuncture anesthesia in hemorrhoid surgery is more ideal,and the anesthetic effect is better,which can promote muscle relaxation,reduce the addition of anesthesia drugs during the operation,relieve the pain of patients,do not increase adverse reactions,and have no influence on the operation time.
