中药扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Fuzheng Anticancer Prescription Combined with Chemotherapy on Breast Cancer

目的:分析中药扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月黔东南苗族侗族自治州中医医院收治的乳腺癌患者66例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为试验组和参照组,各33例。参照组采用卡培他滨、长春瑞滨常规化疗,试验组采用中药扶正抗癌方联合常规化疗。比较两组肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能指标、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125水平均低于治疗前,试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3+、CD4+水平高于治疗前,CD8+水平低于治疗前,试验组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生理、社会家庭、情感、功能状况评分均高于治疗前,试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药扶正抗癌方与化疗方案联合治疗乳腺癌的效果较好,能够改善患者免疫功能与生活质量,降低肿瘤标志物水平。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Fuzheng anticancer prescription combined with chemotherapy on breast cancer.Methods:A total of sixty-six breast cancer patients treated in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and reference group by random number table method,with thirty-three cases in each group.The reference group received conventional chemotherapy with capecitabine and vinorelbine,and the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng anticancer prescription combined with conventional chemotherapy.The levels of tumor markers,immune function indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen and carbohydrate antigen 125 in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher than before treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of physiological,social,family,emotional and functional status in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Fuzheng anticancer prescription and chemotherapy regimen has a good effect in the treatment of breast cancer,which can improve the immune function and quality of life of patients,and reduce the levels of tumor markers.
