中药硬膏贴联合中药烫熨对缓解四肢骨折肿胀、疼痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Yinggao Paste Combined with Chinese Medicine Hot Ironing on Relieving Swelling and Pain of Extremity Fractures

目的:观察中药硬膏贴联合中药烫熨对缓解四肢骨折肿胀、疼痛的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年12月防城港市中医医院骨伤科收治的四肢骨折肿胀患者90例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组采用中药硬贴膏治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予中药烫熨治疗。比较两组疼痛程度、肿胀情况、肿胀周径、临床效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组总肿胀率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组肿胀程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组肿胀周径小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020);研究组临床效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药硬膏贴联合中药烫熨能够有效缓解四肢骨折患者疼痛、肿胀情况,临床效果显著,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Yinggao paste combined with Chinese medicine hot ironing on relieving swelling and pain of extremity fracture.Methods:Ninety patients with swelling of extremity fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Fangchenggang City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of forty-five cases.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Yinggao paste,and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine hot ironing on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the degree of pain,swelling,swelling circumference,clinical effects,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,the visual analog scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the total swelling rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the degree of swelling in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the circumference of swelling in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020);the total effective rate of clinical effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.027);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Yinggao paste combined with Chinese medicine hot ironing can effectively relieve the pain and swelling of patients with limb fracture,the clinical effect is remarkable,safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
