康欣口服液联合阿托伐他汀对中老年糖尿病患者糖脂代谢与动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的影响

Effects of Kangxin Oral Liquid Combined with Atorvastatin on Glycolipid Metabolism and Atherosclerotic Plaque Formation in Middle-aged and Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的:探究康欣口服液联合阿托伐他汀对中老年糖尿病患者糖脂代谢与动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月于黑龙江省医院接受治疗的中老年糖尿病患者86例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各43例。两组均进行常规治疗,对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予康欣口服液治疗。比较两组血糖指标、血脂水平、颈动脉相关指标。结果:治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于治疗前,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于治疗前,观察组TC、TG及LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组斑块数量、斑块大小、斑块厚度及中层内膜厚度均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中老年糖尿病患者接受康欣口服液联合阿托伐他汀治疗,能够有效改善患者血糖及血脂水平,并且在一定程度上能够抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块的发生与发展。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Kangxin oral liquid combined with atorvastatin on glycolipid metabolism and atherosclerotic plaque formation in middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients.Methods:Eighty-six cases of middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients treated in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the method of randomized numerical table,each of which was forty-three cases.Both groups were treated routinely,the control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with Kangxin oral liquid on the basis of the control group.Compared the two groups'blood glucose index,blood lipid level,carotid artery related index.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower than those before treatment,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that before treatment in both groups,and the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the level of HDL-C was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the number of plaques,plaque size,plaque thickness and mid-layer intima-media thickness of both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangxin oral liquid combined with atorvastatin treatment in middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients can effectively improve the patients'blood glucose and lipid levels,and to a certain extent can inhibit the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic plaques.
