摘要
目的:探究中医辨证施护对尿毒症患者生活质量和情绪状态的改善效果。方法:选择2022年5月—2023年5月太仓市中医医院收治的尿毒症患者78例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施中医辨证施护,比较两组生活质量及情绪状态。结果:护理后,两组生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康、生命活力、心理健康评分均高于护理前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于护理前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护可有效提高尿毒症患者生活质量,减轻患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。
Objective:To investigate the improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing on the quality of life and emotional state of patients with uremia.Methods:Seventy-eight patients with uremia admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected for observation,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized numerical table,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing.Compared the quality of life and emotional state of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of physiological function,somatic pain,social function,emotional function,mental health,general health,vitality,and psychological health of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale of both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with uremia and reduce the negative emotions of patients such as anxiety and depression.
