流程管理护理在重症监护室连续性血液净化患者中的应用

Application of Process Management Nursing in Continuous Blood Purification Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的:分析流程管理护理对重症监护室(ICU)连续性血液净化(CBP)患者的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月于东营市广饶县人民医院ICU进行CBP治疗的肾病患者70例为研究对象,按照区组随机法分为参照组、探讨组,各35例。参照组采用常规护理,探讨组采用流程管理护理。比较两组肾功能指标、护理质量、护理满意度、护理依从性及护理不当事件发生率。结果:护理前,两组肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组Scr、BUN水平低于护理前,探讨组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。探讨组护理安全、基础护理、仪器管理及护理满意度评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探讨组用药依从性、饮食依从性、透析治疗依从性、液体摄入依从性评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探讨组护理不当事件发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。结论:流程管理护理可改善ICU进行CBP治疗的肾病患者肾功能,提高护理质量、护理满意度和患者治疗依从性,降低护理不当事件发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of process management nursing on continuous blood purification(CBP)patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:Seventy cases of nephropathy patients who underwent CBP treatment in the ICU of Dongying Guangrao County People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the reference group and the exploration group according to the district group randomization method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The reference group adopted conventional nursing,and the exploration group adopted process management nursing.Renal function indexes,quality of nursing,nursing satisfaction,nursing compliance and incidence of nursing malpractice were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the levels of Scr and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the exploration group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Nursing safety,basic nursing care,instrument management and nursing satisfaction scores of the exploration group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medication compliance,dietary compliance,dialysis treatment compliance and fluid intake compliance in the exploration group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of nursing malpractice in the exploration group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).Conclusion:Process management nursing can improve renal function of nephropathy patients undergoing CBP treatment in ICU,improve the quality of nursing care,nursing satisfaction and patient treatment compliance,and reduce the incidence of nursing malpractice.
