循证护理对静脉输液患者静脉炎预防的应用价值

Application Value of Evidence-based Nursing for Phlebitis Prevention in Intravenous Infusion Patients

目的:探讨循证护理对静脉输液患者静脉炎预防的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年5月于江南大学附属医院接受静脉输液治疗的患者90例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用循证护理。比较两组患者在治疗期间静脉炎发生率、静脉炎分级和护理满意度。结果:研究组的静脉炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049);研究组静脉炎分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048);研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。结论:循证护理能够有效降低静脉输液患者的静脉炎发生率,减轻静脉炎程度,并提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing for phlebitis prevention in intravenous infusion patients.Methods:Ninety patients who received intravenous infusion treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to the randomized numerical table method,each with forty-five cases.Routine nursing was used in the control group and evidence-based nursing was used in the study group.The incidence of phlebitis,phlebitis grading and nursing satisfaction during the treatment period were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence rate of phlebitis in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049);phlebitis grading in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048);the total satisfaction of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of phlebitis in patients with intravenous infusion,reduce the degree of phlebitis,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
