造纸污泥回填纸幅制备瓦楞芯纸的工艺研究

摘要 在不降低纸张性能的情况下,回填制浆造纸厂自产的生化污泥于纸张中不仅可以实现污泥的资源化利用、减少固废处理费用,而且还能节约成纸时碳酸钙等填料用量、降低生产成本。基于此,以制浆厂的外排生化污泥为填料,以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为增强剂,进行了瓦楞纸芯纸的制备研究。结果表明:添加生化污泥有助于改善瓦楞纸芯纸成纸的物理性能。当污泥添加量为30%(wt)(相对于绝干纸浆)时,瓦楞纸芯纸的机械性能最优,其抗张指数为22.02 N·m^(2)/g、撕裂指数17.86 N·m^(2)/g、环压指数4.38 N·m^(2)/g。此外,在30%的污泥回填量下,羧甲基纤维素钠的用量控制在1.6%时,其对芯纸的机械性能的增强效果最为明显。此时,抗张指数可达29.85 N·m^(2)/g,撕裂指数为20.41 N·m^(2)/g,环压指数提高至6.21 N·m^(2)/g。总之,经过生化污泥回填和CMC内部施胶处理后,最佳工艺条件下得到的瓦楞纸芯纸满足瓦楞纸板生产时对芯层纸张强度的基本要求,具备实际推广价值。 On the basis of not reducing the performance of paper,backfilling the self-produced biochemical sludge from pulp and paper mills into paper can not only realize the resourceful utilization of sludge and reduce the cost of solid waste treatment but also save the amount of calcium carbonate and other fillers used in the formation of paper and reduce the production cost.Based on this,the preparation of corrugated core paper was studied using the discharged biochemical sludge from the pulp mill as fillers and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as a reinforcing agent.The results showed that the addition of 30%biochemical sludge(relative to the absolute dry pulp)helped to improve the physical properties of corrugated core paper to an extreme,with a tensile index of 22.02,a tear index of 17.86 N×m^(2)/g,ring crush index of 4.38 N×m^(2)/g.In addition,the enhancement effect on the mechanical properties of the core paper was most obvious when the dosage of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was controlled at 1.6%under 30%sludge backfill.At this time,the tensile index could reach 29.85 N×m^(2)/g,the tear index was 20.41 N×m^(2)/g,and the ring compression index increased to 6.21 N×m^(2)/g.In conclusion,after backfilling with biochemical sludge and internal sizing of CMC,the corrugated core paper obtained under optimal process conditions meets the basic requirements for core strength in corrugated board production and has practical value for promotion.
