高校教师师德失范行为治理路径研究

On the Governance of College Teachers’ Ethical Misconducts

高校教师是为党育人、为国育才的主体,是实现教育强国目标的关键性力量。当今高校师德建设总体向好,党和国家相关部门出台了一系列相关文件和法律法规,各高校也在努力完善自身师德师风建设体系,然而师德失范行为仍时有发生,这反映出目前我国的师德失范治理仍存在一些问题。对此,高校应明确师德概念,完善多层次师德规范体系;加强师德教育,提升教师政治素养与道德水平;完善领导机制,健全师德考核与监督机制;融入法治思维,依法治教,保障师德失范治理程序正当。

College teachers are the main body of education for the Communist Party of China and for our country,and are the major force to establish a powerful nation in education.Nowadays,teachers’ethics in colleges and universities is generally good.Relevant departments of the Party and the country have issued a series of laws and regulations,and colleges and universities are also trying to improve their teachers'ethics.However,teachers’misconducts are still frequent,which shows that there are problems in the governance of teachers'ethics.In this regard,colleges and universities should clarify the concept of teachers’ethics and perfect its regulation system,enhance teachers’ethic education and improve their political literacy and social morality,strengthen leadership mechanism as well as assessment and supervision mechanism,integrate the concept of law into education governance to ensure a just governance of teachers’ethical misconducts.
