基于情境学习理论的高校校园劳动教育课程体系构建——以同济大学为例

摘要 校园劳动是高校劳动实践的主要形式之一,构建校园劳动教育课程体系是保障高校劳动教育质量、提升劳动教育成效的必然要求。同济大学以“五育并举”方针为指导,针对高校劳动教育在思想认识、管理体系、活动载体、方式方法等方面存在的问题,以情境学习理论为支撑,依托后勤集团构建劳动教育共同体,开发了具有情境学习范式的体验类、执勤类、活动类、技能类校园劳动教育课程体系,在劳动教育课程的内涵认知、管理制度、实践基地、实施方法等方面开展深入探索。研究表明,高校校园劳动教育课程要立足校园、就近取材,把劳动教育融入大学生的日常生活,在课程目标层面,要强化组织机制建设,确立劳动教育共同体的核心思想;在内容组织层面,要分类分层细化实践内容,通过边缘性参与增加学生参与劳动实践的机会;在教育方法层面,要创设学习情境,依托劳动教育共同体推行学徒制教育模式。 Campus labor is one of the main forms of labor practice in universities.Constructing a campus labor education curriculum system is an inevitable requirement to ensure the quality of labor education in universities and improve the effectiveness of labor education.Guided by the policy of"simultaneous development of five educations",Tongji University has developed a campus labor education curriculum system including experiential,executive,activity,and skill-based courses,which paradigm is based on the theory of situational learning.The curriculum system relies on the construction of a labor education community through logistics groups and aims to address the problems in ideological understanding,management system,activity carriers,and methods of labor education in universities.Research has shown that university campus labor education courses should be based on the campus itself,draw materials from nearby areas,and integrate labor education into the daily lives of college students.At the level of course objectives,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of organizational mechanisms and establish the core idea of a labor education community.At the level of content organization,it is necessary to increase opportunities for students to participate in labor practice through marginal participation,during which the practical content should be better classified,layered,and refined.At the level of educational methods,it is necessary to implement the apprenticeship education model by creating learning contexts and relying on the labor education community.
