基于使用后评价(POE)的城市公园提升策略——以南京市莫愁湖公园为例

Enhancement of urban park service based on post occupancy evaluation (POE)— Taking Mochou Lake Park, Nanjing as an example

使用者的需求是公园规划设计的重点,常规的设计过程中,使用者并未直接参与项目设计程序,而使用状况的评价有利于参与到设计的后续提升中。该文通过调查南京市莫愁湖公园的使用状况,了解公园的使用情况,总结使用者的活动特征和行为偏好,分析其满意度评价情况,发现该公园存在部分活动空间设计不合理、服务设施不够完善和文化展示不够充分等问题。从活动场地、开放共享、服务设施和文化表达等4个方面提出优化策略,同时为拥有丰厚文化底蕴的城市公园规划提供参考借鉴。

As an essential part of urban ecological environment,urban park plays an important role for the leisure and cultural activities of dwellers.Undoubtedly,user′s demand is focused in the park planning and design process,but considering that users do not directly take participation in such process,post-use evaluation(POE)might make users possible to participate in the follow-up enhancement of design.By investigation and study of the use of Mochou Lake Park,Nanjing City,the characteristics of the users′activities and behavioral preferences were summarized,their satisfaction got evaluated.Furthermore such unreasonableness as the shortcoming in the design of some activity space,the imperfectness in service facilities and the insufficiencies in cultural display were found.Finally,the optimization strategies focusing on activity venues,open sharing,service facilities and cultural expression were also proposed in this paper,hoping to provide references for the planning of urban parks with rich cultural heritage.
