优秀传统生态文化赋能乡村振兴的价值意蕴、现实困境与实践进路

The Value Implications,Realistic Obstacles and Practical Approaches of Empowering Excellent Traditional Ecological Culture to Rural Revitalization

生态文化是人们应对生态危机的文化选择。它以生态理性和生态伦理为基点,以人与自然和谐共生为价值追求,是人类社会实现生态转型的重要文化资源。优秀传统生态文化发源于乡村,并内嵌于乡土文化,与乡村振兴战略“五个振兴”的发展目标息息相关,为乡村全面振兴的实现贡献智慧和力量。面对优秀传统生态文化传承主体的乏力共生、文化本身的消解式微、传承方式的固化单一等现实挑战,有必要将“由谁传承、传承什么、如何传承”三个要素有效整合、综合发力。通过全面赋权传承主体,增强多元协同赋能的导向动力;通过多维激活传承客体,强化价值表达赋能的内生动力;通过数字化创新传承媒介,优化互动情境赋能的驱动力量。最终建构起生态文化“凝聚性结构”,赋能乡村全面振兴。

Ecological culture,as the cultural choice responding to ecological crises,is based on ecological rationality and ecological ethics,pursuing the value of harmony between human and nature,and the important cultural resource for achieving the ecological transformation of human society.Excellent traditional ecological culture originates in rural areas and is embedded in local cultures and closely related to the development goals of the"Five Revitalization strategies",and contributes wisdom and strength to the realization of comprehensive rural revitalization.Facing the practical challenges such as the lack of inheritors symbiosis of excellent traditional ecological culture,the disintegration and decline of excellent traditional ecological culture itself,and the solidification and singleness of the inheritance methods,it is necessary to effectively integrate and comprehensively exert the three elements of"who should inherits,what to inherit,and how to inherit".To enhance the guiding force of diversified collaborative empowerment by comprehensively empowering the inheritors,to strengthen the endogenous driving force of value expression empowerment by activating the inheritors through multi-dimensional activation,and to optimize the driving force of interactive situational empowerment by digitally innovating the inheritance media,could ultimately help to construct a"cohesive structure"of ecological culture and empower the comprehensive rural revitalization.
