威海市札如病毒引发的学校聚集性急性胃肠炎疫情调查

摘要 目的了解威海市两起札如病毒引起的聚集性疫情的特点,为札如病毒引起的急性胃肠炎的防控工作提供参考。方法采用描述性流行病学方法分析两起聚集性疫情流行病学特征,分析札如病毒感染的临床症状,RT-PCR检测可疑病原体,PCR产物测序进行核苷酸序列比对构建系统发育树。结果两起疫情均为首发病例传染导致,传播方式及临床症状存在明显差异。系统发育分析表明札如病毒基因型为CI.6型。结论威海市两起疫情都是由札如病毒GI.6型感染导致的急性胃肠炎暴发。 Objective This paper aims to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the clustering epidemic caused by Sapo-virus(SaV)in Weihai City,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of acute gastroenteritis caused by Sapovir-us.Methods The descriptive epidemiology was utilized to analyze the characteristics of the outbreak.The clinical symptoms of Sapovirus was analyzed.The suspected pathogens were detected by RT-PCR.Phylogenetic tree was constructed by PCR prod-uct sequencing and nucleotide sequence alignment.Results The two outbreaks were caused by the infection of the first case,and there were apparent differences in the mode of transmission and clinical symptoms.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the genotype of Sapovirus was CI.6.Conclusion Both cases in Weihai City were acute gastroenteritis outbreaks caused by Sapo-virus GI.6 infection.
