诱导化疗联合同步放化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效

Effect of induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer

目的探讨诱导化疗联合同步放化疗(CCRT)治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效。方法依据治疗方法的不同将60例宫颈癌患者分为对照组(n=29,给予CCRT治疗)和联合组(n=31,诱导化疗联合CCRT治疗)。比较两组患者临床疗效、免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))、炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-6]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率为83.87%,高于对照组患者的58.62%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于本组治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于本组治疗前,联合组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6水平均低于本组治疗前,联合组患者血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。联合组患者的不良反应总发生率为70.97%,与对照组患者的72.41%比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论诱导化疗联合CCRT治疗局部晚期宫颈癌,可提高临床疗效,改善患者的免疫功能指标和炎症因子水平,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of induction chemotherapy combined with concurrent chemoradiother-apy(CCRT)in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Method A total of 60 cervical cancer patients were divided into control group(n-29,CCRT treatment)and combination group(n=31,induction chemotherapy combined with CCRT treatment)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-2,IL-4,IL-6]levels,and occurrence of adverse events were com-pared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the combination group was 83.87%,which was higher than 58.62% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in both groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before the treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of IL-2,IL-4,and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-4,and IL-6 in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the combination group was 70.97%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with 72.41%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Induction chemotherapy combined with CCRT in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer could improve clinical efficacy,strengthen patients'immune function,and control their inflammatory factor levels without increasing the risk of adverse events.
