摘要
目的探讨甲状腺激素水平与乳腺癌的关系。方法在PubMed、CNKI、CBM等数据库中检索2010—2022年甲状腺激素水平与乳腺癌关系的文献。采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献28篇,研究对象4205例,乳腺癌组2198例,对照组2007例。乳腺癌组患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平高于对照组[加权均数差(WMD)=0.25 mU/L,95%CI:0.09~0.40,P=0.002],四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(4))和三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(3))水平均低于对照组(WMD=-4.16 nmol/L,95%CI:-6.57~-1.75,P=0.0007;WMD=-0.44 nmol/L,95%CI:-0.66~-0.22,P=0.0001)。乳腺癌组和对照组患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者TSH水平较高,而T3、T_(4)水平较低。
Objective To investigate the relationship of thyroid hormone levels with breast cancer.Method The lit-erature on the relationship of thyroid hormone levels with breast cancer during 2010-2022 was searched in PubMed,CNKI,CBM and other databases.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Result A total of 28 articles were included,including 4205 subjects,2198 patients in the breast cancer group and 2007 patients in the control group.The level of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the breast cancer group was higher than that in the control group[weighted mean difference(WMD)=0.25 mU/L,95%CI:0.09-0.40,P=0.002];the levels of tetraiodothyronine(T_(4))and triodothyronine(T_(3))in the breast cancer group were lower than those in the control group(WMD=-4.16 nmol/L 95%CI:-6.57-1.75,P=0.0007;WMD=-0.44 nmol/L,95%CI:-0.66--0.22,P=0.0001).There were no significant differences for the levels of free triodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of TSH in breast cancer patients is high,while the levels of T3 and T_(4) are low.
