宜春市土源性线虫病监测分析

Surveillance and analysis of soil-transmitted nematodiasis in Yichun City

摘要 目的为了解分析宜春市土源性线虫病流行动态及影响因素,为制订防治对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法按照《全国肝吸虫病和土源性线虫病监测方案(试行)》开展监测。结果2017年一2022年9个监测点共调查26450例,人群土源性线虫病感染率分别为2.48%(176/7084)、1.52%(107/7025)、1.87%(132/7052)、2.61%(46/1763)、3.58%(63/176)、2.61%(46/1764),2021年感染率最高,不同年份感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.178,P<0.01)。土源性线虫病总感染率为2.16%。钩虫、虫、鞭虫、虫感染率分别为0.56%、0.34%、0.08%、1.16%。男性总感染率为2.24%,女性总感染率为2.08%。散居幼托儿童感染率最高,为12.03%(221/1837),不同职业感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=945.774,P<0.01)。结论宜春市土源性线虫病仍处于低感染状态。3岁~10岁的幼托儿童和61岁~70岁及以上组农民为重点感染人群。相关部门应引导人们自觉参与寄生虫病防治活动,改变人们自身的不良生活习惯和不健康的行为,积极推广规范使用及维护无害化卫生厕所,提高群众的自我保健意识和能力。 Objective This paper aims to understand and analyze the epidemic dynamics and influencing factors of soil-trans-mitted nematodiasis in Yichun City,so to provide scientific basis for formulating control measures and evaluating control effect.Methods The surveillance was carried out in accordance with the National Surveillance Plan for Clonorchiasis and Soil-trans-mitted Nematode Diseases(Trial Implementation).Results From 2017 to 2022,a total of 26450 people were surveyed from nine monitoring points,and the infection rates of soil-transmitted nematodiasis were respectively 2.48%(176/7084),1.52%(107/7025),1.87%(132/7052),2.61%(46/1763),3.58%(63/176)and 2.61%(46/1764),and the in-fection rate was the highest in 2021.The difference on the infection rate in different years was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.178,P<0.01).The total infection rate of soil-transmited nematodiasis was 2.16%.The infection rates of hookworm,Ascaris lumbricoides,Trichuris trichiura and Enterobius vermicularis were 0.56%,0.34%,0.08%and 1.16%,respectively.The total infection rate was 2.24%in male and 2.08%in female.The highest infection rate was 12.03%(221/1837)in kin-dergarten children.There was statistical significance on the difference in the infection rate among diferent occupations(χ^(2)=945.774,P<0.01).Conclusion Soil-transmitted nematodiasis infection stays low in Yichun City.Children aged 3 to 10 years old and farmers aged 61 to 70 years old and above are the main infected groups.Relevant departments should guide people to participate in parasitic disease prevention and control activities consciously,change people's bad habits and unhealthy behav-ior,actively promote the standardized use and maintenance of harmless sanitary toilets,and improve people's awareness and ability on health.
