福建含笑种子特征及百日苗生长研究 被引量:1

摘要 为明确福建含笑不同居群间种子特征差异及其与苗木生长的影响,对4个不同居群种子形态特征和百日苗生长情况进行了调查,并对数据进行了多重比较、方差分析和相关性分析等统计分析。结果表明:4个居群的福建含笑种子除了千粒重有显著差异,长径、宽径、长宽比、周长、面积等种子性状均无显著差异,各指标变异系数变幅仅为1.47%~5.47%。在百日苗生长情况方面,后北居群福建含笑百日苗的苗高显著高于其它3个居群,其余苗木生长指标也均大于其它居群,但差异不显著,与种子特征指标相比,4个居群百日苗的生长指标之间虽差异不大,但变异系数有明显增加。这说明福建含笑种子在居群间和居群内均不存在丰富的遗传变异,但从种子到苗期,福建含笑各居群的变异在增大。并且福建含笑种子的特征指标与生长指标之间均成正相关关系,其种子形态特征会显著影响苗木的生长特征,采用外形较大的种子进行育苗,可以取得更为理想的苗高、地径生长效果。 In order to clarify the differences in seed characteristics among different populations of Michelia fujianensis and their influence on seedling growth,four different populations were investigated for seed morphology and 100-day seedling growth,and the data were subjected to statistical analyses such as multiple comparisons,analysis of variance(ANOVA)and correlation analysis.The results showed that,except for the significant difference in thousand-seed weight,there was no significant difference in seed traits such as long diameter,wide diameter,aspect ratio,circumference,area,etc.,and the coefficients of variation of each index varied only from 1.47%to 5.47%among the four populations of M.fujianensis.In terms of 100-day seedling growth,the seedling height of 100-day seedlings of M.fujianensis in the Houbei cluster was significantly higher than that of the other three clusters,and the rest of the seedling growth indexes were also larger than those of the other clusters,but the differences were not significant.Compared with the seed characteristics indexes,the coefficients of variation of the 100-day seedling growth indexes of the four clusters were significantly higher even though there was not much difference among the four clusters.This suggests that there is no abundant genetic variation among and within populations of M.fujianensis seeds,but the variation among populations of M.fujianensis is increasing from seed to seedling stage.Moreover,there is a positive correlation between the characteristic indexes and growth indexes of M.fujianensis seeds,and the morphological characteristics of its seeds will significantly affect the growth characteristics of seedlings,and the use of larger seeds for seedling nursery can achieve more ideal seedling height and diameter growth effect.
