国外中小城市开放空间规划研究--以澳大利亚维多利亚州瓦南布尔市为例

Research on Open Space Planning in Small and Medium-Sized Cities at Home and Abroad:A Case of Warrnambool City in Victoria,Australia

随着城市人口的不断增加,城市开放空间的问题日益突出,如何充分发挥开放空间的作用,对提升城市特色、塑造城市风貌至关重要。文章以澳大利亚维多利亚州瓦南布尔市开放空间规划设计为例,分析开放空间的理念、类别、愿景,从政策因素、生物多样性和环境因素、人口变化和居民幸福指数四个方面阐述了影响城市开放空间规划的因素,重点分析了瓦南布尔市开放空间的现状和存在的问题,并对如何提升改进开放空间综合环境提出设计思路。

With the continuous increase of urban population,the problem of urban open space is becoming increasingly prominent.How to give full play to the role of open space is crucial to improve the urban characteristics and to shape the urban style.This paper takes the planning and design of open space in Warrnambool in Victoria,Australia as an example,analyzes the concept,category,and vision of open space,and expounds the factors affecting urban open space planning from four aspects:policy factors,biodiversity and environmental factors,population change and residents’happiness index.The current situation and the existing problems of open space in Warrnambool city are analyzed,and the design ideas on how to improve the comprehensive environment of open space are put forward.
