摘要
在老旧小区建设的年代,中国私人汽车保有量尚低,其配建的停车位已远远不能满足当下居民快速增长的停车需求,导致如今老旧社区停车位供需配比的严重失衡,并随之产生了种种问题,对小区住户和内外空间均造成了很大影响。如何解决老旧小区“停车难”,成了一个重要的民生问题。文章将深入剖析老旧小区的停车问题,并从可实施的角度出发,提出问题导向与目标导向、技术策略与政策管控相结合的几点对策。
In the era of the construction of old residential areas,the number of private cars in China is still low,and the parking spaces they are equipped with are far from meeting the rapidly growing parking demand of current residents,resulting in a serious imbalance in the supply and demand ratio of parking spaces in the old communities today,leading to various problems,which have a great impact on the residents of the community and the internal and external space.How to solve the“parking difficulty”in the old residential areas has become an important livelihood problem.This paper deeply analyzes the parking problem of old residential areas,and from the perspective of implementation,puts forward several countermeasures that combine problem orientation and goal orientation,technical strategy and policy control.
