摘要
为解决中小学区域停车难的问题,文章提出了在中小学内部或周边的停车场设置专门的接送系统的解决方案,提出了使用停车场接送系统条件下的停车场选择比例模型。首先,将使用停车接送系统条件下的路段广义费用定义为周边路段行驶费用、停车场停车费用、步行费用;其次,在假设完全了解停车场和接送系统信息的条件下,采用改进的Logit模型确定停车场的选择模型;最后,使用随机用户平衡模型,建立了使用停车接送系统条件下的出行者路段、停车场选择比例混合模型。通过厦门市的实际案例进行了实证研究,比较了不同接送系统的效率和可行性,并证明本论文模型的可用性。本论文模型可以为停车接送系统选择和停车场费用确定提供相应的借鉴。
In order to solve the parking problem in primary and secondary schools,this paper puts forward a solution of setting up a special pick-up system in or around the parking lot of primary and secondary schools.A parking lot selection scale model with parking lot pick-up system is proposed.Firstly,the generalized cost of the road section under the condition of using the parking pick-up system is defined as the driving cost of the surrounding road section,the parking cost of the parking lot and the walking cost.Secondly,the improved Logit model is used to determine the parking lot selection model under the assumption that the parking lot and the pick-up system information are fully understood.Finally,using the stochastic user equilibrium model,a mixed model of the selection proportion of the traveler’s section and parking lot is established under the condition of using the parking pick-up system.The efficiency and feasibility of different pick-up systems are compared through an actual case in Xiamen,and the availability of the model is proved.The model in this paper can provide a reference for the selection of parking pick-up system and the determination of parking fee.
