摘要
近年来,人们的消费方式发生转变。在同质化越发严重的当下,大量无主题、无文化特色的餐饮企业销声匿迹。基于场景理论视域的城市文化餐饮空间,成为人们消费生活中的主要活动聚集地,在满足饮食需求的同时,通过带有场景主题的空间激发人们的感官情绪,使人们获得精神满足。诞生在长沙海信广场的超级文和友,作为消费升级后的“全新物种”,追寻着相较其他餐饮空间更“叛逆”的做法。研究将以此空间为例,对空间内的场景主题运用进行剖析,挖掘其城市建筑与市井文化,探究如何运用场景理论突破传统餐饮界固有模式,为未来场景化餐饮空间的设计与发展趋势提供思路。
People’s consumption patterns have changed in recent years.With the increasingly serious homogenization currently,a large number of catering enterprises without themes or cultural characteristics have disappeared.The urban cultural catering space based on the theory of scenes has become the main gathering place for people’s consumption and life.It not only meets their dietary needs,but also stimulates people’s sensory emotions and satisfies their spiritual satisfaction with the space with scene theme.Born in Hisense Square in Changsha,Super Wenheyou,as a“new species”after the upgrading of consumption,seeks a more“rebellious”approach compared with other dining spaces.This paper takes this space as an example,analyzes the application of scene theme in the space,excavates its urban architecture and market culture,explores how to use the theory of scenes to break through the traditional inherent mode of traditional catering industry,and provides ideas for the design ideas and development trend of future scene catering space.
