摘要
随着我国进入高质量发展阶段,总体上已经脱离大拆大建的时代而进入存量更新阶段,然而遗留下来的老旧社区空间品质不高、碎片化分布等问题有待解决。文章基于城市设计中的关联耦合理论,以抚琴街道西南街有机更新为实际案例,进行关联耦合要素分类选取和模型建构,以“盘活存量空间”为目的展开城市社区更新中的应用研究,以期为城市社区有机更新策略提供新视角和新脉络。
As China enters the stage of high-quality development,China has generally left the era of demolition and construction and entered the stage of stock renewal.However,there are still some problems left over,such as poor quality of old community space and fragmentation distribution,to be solved.Based on the linkage theory in urban design,taking the organic renewal of Southwest Street in Fuqin Street as an actual case,the paper classifies and selects the elements of correlation coupling and constructs a model.With the aim of“revitalizing the stock space”,the paper conducts the application research in urban community renewal in order to provide a new perspective and context for the organic renewal strategy of urban communities.
