中医定向透药疗法在慢性盆腔炎中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Targeted Transdermal Therapy in Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的 探讨中医定向透药疗法在慢性盆腔炎中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年3月—2023年2月在医院住院的慢性盆腔炎患者86例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例,对照组给予左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医定向透药疗法。比较两组患者干预前后疼痛程度、中医证候积分及炎性因子水平;比较两组干预总有效率。结果 干预后,观察组VAS评分、各项中医证候积分、CRP及IL-6明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 中医定向透药疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果显著,可促减轻患者炎性反应及临床症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine targeted transdermal therapy in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 86 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease hospitalized in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Levofloxacin and sodium chloride injection by intravenous drip,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine directed penetration therapy on the basis of the control group.Compare the pain level,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and inflammatory factor levels of two groups of patients before and after intervention;Compare the total effective rate of two intervention groups.Result After the intervention,the VAS score,various traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,CRP,and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine targeted transdermal therapy has a significant clinical effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can promote the reduction of inflammatory reactions and clinical symptoms in patients,improve the treatment effect,and is worth promoting.
