中医药治疗肺结核合并糖尿病临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress in Treating Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated with Diabetes with Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过参考近年来中医药治疗肺结核合并糖尿病古方及验方、中成药、中医调护等相关文献,发现中医药可以很好地改善咳嗽、咳痰、口渴、乏力等相关临床症状,还可以辅助降糖,促进肺结核转阴率,增强机体免疫力,减缓耐药性及中和多药合用带来的不良反应,提高肺结核合并糖尿病患者的依从性与幸福感。

In this paper,by referring to the related literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating tuberculosis complicated with diabetes in recent years,such as ancient prescriptions,proven prescriptions,Chinese patent medicines,TCM nursing care,etc.,it is found that TCM can improve the related clinical symptoms such as cough,expectoration,thirst,fatigue,etc.,and can also assist in lowering blood sugar,promoting the negative rate of tuberculosis,enhancing the body's immunity,slowing down the drug resistance and neutralizing the adverse reactions caused by the combination of multiple drugs,and improving the compliance and happiness of patients with tuberculosis complicated with diabetes.
