急诊中医药热奄包联合心理护理对急腹症患者干预的效果

Effect of Emergency Traditional Chinese Medicine Heat Package Combined with Psychological Nursing on Intervention of Acute Abdominal Syndrome Patients

目的分析对急腹症患者采用急诊中医药热奄包联合心理护理的临床效果。方法采用2018年1月—2023年8月医院收治的60例急腹症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例,分别采用心理护理、急诊中医药热奄包联合护理,对两组患者胃肠功能(排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复)、炎性指标(C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子)、心理不良状态(焦虑心理、抑郁心理)、临床并发症(感染性休克、术后肠粘连、短肠综合征、呼吸心搏骤停)、生活质量(机体功能、机体疼痛、个人情绪、心理状态、社会功能、角色扮演、活力、总体健康状况)及满意程度(非常满意、一般满意、不满意)进行统计比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复时间明显更短,C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子指标更低,观察组焦虑、抑郁不良心态评分更低,观察组生活质量各项指标明显更高,观察组非常满意占比更高,且总满意度明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊急腹症患者采用中医药热奄包联合心理护理效果较佳,有效改善患者的胃肠道功能,更利于疾病的恢复,炎性指标、心理不良状态均得以改善,生活质量各项得以提升,提高临床整体满意程度,明确表明中医药热奄包在临床中的应用价值,针对急腹症患者的功能恢复具有较高应用意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of emergency traditional Chinese medicine heat package combined with psychological care for patients with acute abdomen.Methods Sixty patients with acute abdomen admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Psychological care and emergency traditional Chinese medicine heat package therapy combined with nursing were used respectively.The gastrointestinal function(recovery of exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds),inflammatory indicators(C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor)and psychological distress(anxiety and depression),clinical complications(septic shock,postoperative intestinal adhesions,short bowel syndrome,respiratory arrest),quality of life(body function,body pain,personal emotions,psychological state,social function,role-playing,vitality,overall health status)and satisfaction(very satisfaction,general satisfaction,dissatisfaction)of two groups were statistically compared.Results Compared with that of the control group,the recovery time of exhaust,defecation and bowel sounds in the observation group was significantly shorter.The levels of C reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor index were lower,and the scores ofanxiety and depression were lower.The quality of life of the observation group was higher,and the total satisfaction was significantly higher.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For emergency patients with acute abdomen,traditional Chinese medicine heat package combined psychological care has better effect and effectively improves the gastrointestinal function.It is more conducive to the recovery of the disease,and can improve the inflammation and psychological bad state,the quality of life and the clinical overall satisfaction,clearly indicating the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine heat therapy in patients with acute abdomen and it has high practical significance for functional recovery.
