舒血宁注射液联合氯沙坦在糖尿病肾病治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Shuxuening Injection(舒血宁注射液)Combined with Losartan in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察舒血宁注射液联合氯沙坦在糖尿病肾病(DN)患者治疗中的应用效果。方法研究为前瞻性随机对照试验,将医院2021年7月—2022年9月收治的86例DN患者纳入研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各43例。两组患者均给予常规干预,对照组在此基础上加用氯沙坦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用舒血宁注射液,两组患者均治疗2个月。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后,比较两组患者炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)]、氧化应激指标[谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]、肾功能指标[胱抑素C(CysC)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)]。结果治疗结束后,两组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6、MDA、CysC、Scr、BUN均较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组GSH-Px、SOD均较治疗前提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合氯沙坦治疗DN患者,能够降低炎性因子水平,缓解氧化应激,改善肾功能。

Objective To observe the application effect of Shuxuening Injection(舒血宁注射液)combined with losartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients.Methods This study was a prospective randomized controlled trial.Eighty-six patients with DN admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from July 2021 to September 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into control group and study group according to the method of random number table,with 43 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine intervention.The control group was treated with losartan on this basis,and the study group was treated with Shuxuening Injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Before and after treatment,inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6)],oxidative stress indicators[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)]and renal function indicators[cystatin C(CysC),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,IL-6,MDA,CysC,Scr and BUN in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of GSH-Px and SOD in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening Injection combined with losartan can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,relieve the oxidative stress and improve the renal function in patients with DN.
