基于古今文献的桑寄生潜在功能挖掘与应用

Data Mining and Application of the Potential Functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)Based on Ancient Literature

目的通过对桑寄生古今文献的比较分析挖掘其潜在功能。方法通过文献研究,从古代本草学著作中提炼出桑寄生的功能;借助《普济方》数据库管理系统,以桑寄生为关键词,检索出含桑寄生复方所治病证,并对相同及相近病证进行归纳整理。将古本草文献中所载桑寄生功能、古代含桑寄生方剂所治病证与2020版《中华人民共和国药典》收录的功能主治进行比较分析,发现其潜在功能,再通过现代实验研究与临床应用进行确认。结果从古代本草文献中提炼出桑寄生的功能有11种;古代方剂中含桑寄生复方主治病证143种,分为16大类。经与《中华人民共和国药典》内容比较分析,得到桑寄生潜在功能4种,并通过现代实验研究结果和临床应用得以进一步确认。结论初步确认平肝熄风、清热泻火解毒、活血化瘀、调经种子为桑寄生的潜在功能。

Objective Excavate the potential functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)through comparison and analysis of the ancient and modern literature.Methods Through the study of literature,the functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)are extracted from ancient Chinese herbal literature.With Database management system of Prescriptions for Universal Relief,using Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)as the keyword,the symptoms from prescriptions containing Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)are retrieved,and the same and similar are summarized and clssified.The potential functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)could be found by comparing the functions from ancient herbalism and main indications of prescriptions containing Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)from database management system of Prescriptions for Universal Relief with those from Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition),and these functions would be confirmed by the modern experimental research and clinical applications.Results There are 11 functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)extracted from ancient Chinese herbal literature and 143 kinds of symptoms from prescriptions containing Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba),which can be divided into 16 categories.We get four potential functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba)by comparing with the contents of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.And these were further confirmed by the results of modern experimental research and clinical applications.Conclusion It is confirmed preliminarily that calming the liver to stop the wind,clearing heat and detoxifying,activating blood and removing blood stasis,regulating menstruation and promoting reproduction are the potential functions of Sangjisheng(Taxilli Herba).
