清热解毒法治疗呼吸道感染性疾病作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Mechanism of Clearing Heat and Detoxifying Method in Treating Respiratory Tract Infections

清热解毒法是中医清法的一种,是应用具有寒凉解毒作用的药物为主组方治疗各种热毒病证的治法,在感染性疾病的临床治疗中起到重要作用,临床常用于治疗呼吸道感染性疾病等。清热解毒法治疗呼吸道感染性疾病优势明显,可以通过降低炎性指标改善咳嗽、咳痰、发热等主要症状,缩短病程(退热时间、咳嗽消失时间),改善肺功能,促进患者康复。该文通过总结近年来常见清热解毒类单味中药及其复方抗呼吸道感染性疾病的作用机制,分别从抗菌、抗病毒、解热抗炎、免疫调节等方面阐述清热解毒药物对于治疗呼吸道感染性疾病的优势,为临床提供合理依据。

Clearing heat and detoxifying method is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine clearing method,which is mainly composed of drugs with cold and detoxifying effect to treat various heat and poison diseases.It plays an important role in the clinical treatment of infectious diseases,and is often used in the clinical treatment of respiratory tract infectious diseases.Clearing heat and detoxifying method has obvious advantages in the treatment of respiratory infectious diseases.It can improve the main symptoms such as cough,sputum and fever by reducing inflammatory indicators,reduce inflammatory indicators,shorten the course of the disease(fever reduction time,cough disappearance time),improve lung function and promote the recovery of patients.In this paper,the advantages of clearing heat and detoxifying drugs in the treatment of respiratory tract infectious diseases were elaborated from the aspects of antibacterial,antiviral,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory,and immune regulation by summarizing the mechanism of action of common single TCM and its compound against respiratory tract infectious diseases in recent years,so as to provide a reasonable basis for clinical practice.
