《脑梗死中医健康管理指南》制订与思考

Thoughts and Formulation of Guidelines for Health Management of Cerebral Infarction in Traditional Chinese Medicine

为了构建规范化的脑梗死中医健康管理体系,加强脑梗死患者的管理,提高脑卒中防治水平,项目组制订了《脑梗死中医健康管理指南》,并由中华中医药学会正式发布。通过制订科学、规范、可操作性强的《脑梗死中医健康管理指南》,可以充分发挥中医药优势,规范脑梗死中医健康管理模式,给从事脑卒中防治的中医、中西医结合医师提供中医健康管理的指导性意见。分别从制订背景、制订方法、总结与展望等方面对该指南的制订过程进行了探讨与解读,以期为今后更好地制订中医健康管理类指南提供方法借鉴。

In order to build a standardized TCM health management system for cerebral infarction,strengthen the management of cerebral infarction patients,and improve the level of stroke prevention and treatment,the project team formulated the Guidelines for Health Management of Cerebral Infarction in Traditional Chinese Medicine,which was officially released by the Chinese Associ⁃ation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.By formulating a scientific,standardized and operable Guidelines for Health Management of Cerebral Infarction in Traditional Chinese Medicine,it can give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,stand⁃ardize the health management mode of traditional Chinese medicine for cerebral infarction,and provide guidance opinions on the health management of traditional Chinese medicine and integrative practitioners engaged in stroke prevention and treatment.In this paper,the formulation process of the guidelines was discussed and interpreted from the aspects of the background,formulation methods,summary and prospects,in order to provide methods for better formulating the guidelines for the health management of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
