茵陈防治慢性肾脏病的应用与研究进展

Application and Research Progress of Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)in Prevention and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease, CKD)作为临床上常见的疾病,其病因多样,发病机制复杂,且病情易反复迁延,其发病机制主要是肾小球与肾小管间质损伤导致肾脏纤维化进而引起肾功能的衰退,与炎症及氧化应激密切相关,若持续进展则发展成终末期肾脏病。近些年CKD发病率日益升高,已接近流行水平,正成为全球性的公共卫生问题,也是人们广泛关注且亟待解决的健康问题。目前现代医学对该病的防治方法仍然十分有限,对症治疗无法有效地缓解疾病的发生发展,亟待出现新的有效的治疗方法。而肾脏病是中医药治疗干预的优势病种。中医药治疗CKD拥有深厚的理论基础与实践经验理论,具有多途径、多靶点的作用优势,于延缓肾脏衰竭方面效果明显。茵陈是一味具有悠久药用历史的中草药,其功擅清利湿热,在肾脏病病因病机如湿浊、湿热等证候的治疗更是力专效显。现代药理学研究表明,茵陈及其主要成分具有抑制肾脏炎症反应和细胞凋亡、改善氧化应激、抗纤维化、保护细胞等多种作用。回顾近30年来茵陈以及其活性成分的研究与应用,以期为CKD的防治提供参考。

Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a common clinical disease.Its etiology is diverse and the pathogenesis is com⁃plex.It is easy to delay repeatedly.The pathogenesis is mainly glomerular and tubulointerstitial injury leading to renal fibrosis and then renal function decline,which is closely related to inflammation and oxidative stress.If it continues to progress,it will de⁃velop into end-stage kidney disease.In recent years,the incidence of CKD is increasing,which is close to the epidemic level.It is becoming a global public health problem,and it is also a health problem that people pay close attention to and need to solve ur⁃gently.At present,the prevention and treatment of the disease in modern medicine is still very limited.The symptomatic treat⁃ment can not effectively alleviate the occurrence and development of the disease,there is an urgent need for a new and effective treatment.Kidney disease is the dominant disease of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine treat⁃ment of CKD has a profound theoretical basis and practical experience theory,with the advantages of multi-ways and multi-tar⁃gets,and has obvious effect in delaying renal failure.Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)is a Chinese herbal medicine with a long history of medicinal use,and it is good at clearing heat and promoting diuresis and has obvious therapeutic effect on kidney disease,especially on the kidney diseases of dampness and turbid type,dampness-heat type and so on.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)and its main components can inhibit renal inflammation and apop⁃tosis,improve oxidative stress,anti-fibrosis,protect cells and so on.This paper reviewed the research and application of Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba)and its active components in recent 30 years,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of CKD.
