膝骨关节炎中医辨证存在的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Syndrome Differentiation of Knee-Osteoarthritis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

通过对学界《中医病证诊断疗效标准》《中药新药临床研究指导原则(试行)》(1997版及2002版)《膝骨关节炎(膝痹)中西医结合临床实践指南》《膝骨关节炎中医诊疗指南》《中医骨伤科常见病诊疗指南-膝痹病(膝骨关节炎)》《膝骨关节炎中西医结合诊疗指南》《中医康复临床实践指南·膝骨关节炎》《中医临床诊疗指南释义》《膝骨关节炎中医诊疗专家共识》共10部指南和推荐性文件,与多版本《中医骨伤科学》《中西医结合骨伤科学》《中医骨病学》《中医筋伤学》统编教材共16部中的辨证标准,以及对学术界近20年发表于学术期刊中辨证治疗膝骨关节炎的文献进行分析。旨在发掘学界之间、学界与学术界之间在膝骨关节炎中医辨证方面客观存在的诸多问题,并进行比较分析,进而提出规范中医辨证的思路与方法。

This study compared and analyzed 10 guidelines and recommendation documents of authoritative academic circles,such as Standard of Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases and Syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),The Guiding Principles of Clinical Research on New Drugs of TCM(Trial)(1997 Edition and 2002 Edition),Clinical Practice Guidelines for KOA in Integrated TCM and Western Medicine",Guidelines for TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of KOA,Clinical Guidelines for Diag⁃nosis and Treatment of Orthopedics and Traumatology in TCM Xibibing(KOA),The Clinical Practice Guide of TCM and Western Medicine for KOA,Clinical Practice Guidelines in TCM Rehabilitation KOA,Interpretation of TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines,Consensus of Experts in TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of KOA.In addition,this study also made a comparative analysis of 16 unified textbooks in multiple editions,for example Orthopedics of TCM,Orthopedics of Integrated TCM and Western Medi⁃cine,Osteopathology of TCM",Tendon Injury of TCM.In addition to the above authoritative literatures,this study also compared and analyzed literatures on the treatment of KOA based on syndrome differentiation published by scholars in academic journals in the past 20 years.The purpose of this study is to explore the objective problems in TCM syndrome differentiation of KOA between authoritative academic circle and academic circle and make comparative analysis,and then put forward the thoughts and methods of standardizing syndrome differentiation.
