Expert Consensus onClinical Application of Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid(小儿热速清口服液)in Treatment of Children's Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

小儿热速清口服液对儿童上呼吸道感染具有良好的临床疗效及安全性。共识基于现有证据,充分结合专家经验,遵循“循证为主,共识为辅,经验为鉴”的原则,联合了国内34位中、西医临床与方法学、药学等多学科专家共同研制。采用国际公认的GRADE证据分级标准,并通过名义组法对小儿热速清口服液从证据质量、疗效、安全性、患者可接受性及其他等5个方面的因素进行综合考量。共识针对小儿热速清口服液治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的优势环节、给药方案与时机、剂量疗程特点、安全性问题等形成了推荐意见和共识建议。通过专家会议以及函审的方式,在全国范围内进行征求意见和目标用户评价,为临床合理用药提供了决策依据。

Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid(小儿热速清口服液)has good clinical effect and safety on upper respiratory tract infection in children.This consensus is based on existing evidence,fully combined with expert experience,following the principle of“evidence-based medicine as the root,consensus as a supplement,the experience as a mirror”,and jointly developed by 34 Chinese and western medicine clinical and methodological,pharmaceutical and other multidisciplinary experts.The internationally recognized GRADE evidence grading standard was adopted,and the nominal group method was used to comprehensively consider the evidence quality,efficacy,safety,patient acceptability and other five aspects of Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid.This consensus has formed recommendations and consensus suggestionson the advantages,administration plan and timing,dosage and course characteristicsand safety issues of the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections in children with Xiao'er Resuqing Oral Liquid.By means of expert meetings and letter review,the opinions were solicited and target users evaluated nationwide,providing a basis for decision-making of clinical rational drug use.
