乡村振兴视域下大学生返乡创业对策探究

Research on the Strategies for College Students Returning to Hometown to Start Their Own Businesses under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

人才是实施乡村振兴战略的重要支撑,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要力量。近年来,我国多地区多措并举鼓励大学生返乡创业。文章阐述了乡村振兴视域下大学生返乡创业的现实价值,分析了大学生返乡创业存在的主要问题,提出了社会各界应大力支持大学生返乡创业、持续完善农村地区基础设施建设、切实提高大学生返乡创业实践能力、畅通大学生返乡创业融资渠道等优化对策,以期走出以产聚才、以才兴产的乡村振兴新路径。

Talents are key to the imnplementation of nural revitalization stategy,and a driving force for building a modem socialist country in all respects and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese Dream.In recent years,many regions in China have adopted a combination of measures to encourage college students to retum to hometowns to start their own businesses.In this context,the article elaborates on the practical value of college students retuming to hometowns to start their own businesses under the perspective of nural revitalization,analyzes its main problems,and proposes strategies such as strong support from all sectors of society,contimuous improvement of rural infrastructure construction,enhancement of college students’ability to start their own businesses,and smooth financing channels,for the aim of gathering talents through industry and booming industy with talents.
