摘要
目的 了解糖尿病足(DF)患者运动管理循证实践方案临床应用的障碍因素与促进因素,为临床护理工作提供参考。方法 采用立意抽样法,2022年8-10月在我院选取20位与证据临床应用的相关人员进行半结构式访谈,应用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理和分析。结果 形成4个主题,分别是变革层面、接受者层面、组织环境层面障碍因素和促进因素。结论 应综合临床实际情境不断完善证据应用,增加实践者的职业获益感和组织支持感,加大对患者宣教力度,制定完整清晰的护理质量管理体系,改善运动设备与场所,促进多学科紧密合作,以利于促进证据在临床中的应用。
Objective To understand the barriers and facilitators to clinical application of an evidence-based exercise management programme for patients with diabetic foot(DF),so as to provide reference for clinical nursing work.Methods From August to October 2022 in our hospital,The intentional sampling method was used to select 20 people involved in the clinical application of the evidence for semi-structured interview.and the interview data was sorted out and analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results A total of 4 themes were formed,namely,the change dimension,the recipient dimension,the organizational context dimension,and the facilitators.Conclusion It is necessary to constantly integrate the application of evidence based on the actual clinical situation,improve the sense of professional benefit and organizational support of practitioners,increase the propaganda and education for patients,formulate a complete and clear nursing quality management system,improve sports equipment and places,and promote close multidisciplinary collaboration,in order to help promote the use of evidence in the clinical setting.
