灯泡贯流式机组管型座整体吊装有限元分析及结构改进

摘要 大容量灯泡贯流式机组管型座的整体吊装是机组工地安装的难点之一。为保证该吊装过程的可靠性和安全性,采用有限元分析法对一大容量灯泡贯流式机组管型座整体吊装过程的水平和竖立两种状态进行了分析,根据计算结果对吊装方案和高应力区结构进行改进。结果表明改进后的方案应力水平满足要求,现场吊装的成功实施说明改进方案是安全可靠的,可为同类结构的吊装分析提供参考与借鉴。 The integral hoisting of stay cone of large capacity bulb tubular unit is one of the difficulties of site installation.In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the hoisting process,finite element analysis is used to analyze the horizontal and vertical states of the integral hoisting process of the stay cone of a large-capacity bulb tubular unit.According to the calculation results,the hoisting scheme and the structure of high stress area are improved.By comparing the results before and after improvement,it is shown that the improved scheme is more secure and reliable,and the site hoisting is successful,the paper provides a reference for the hoisting analysis of similar structures.
