农业型乡村聚落不同转型模式的差异化空间重构

自党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略以来,城乡统筹下农业多元价值的彰显、三产深度融合成为未来农业发展的重点,我国农业型乡村发展也迎来重要的战略机遇期。从农业提档升级角度出发,将农业型乡村聚落的转型模式划分为生态农业型、园区农业型及休闲农业型。在此基础上,选取26个典型乡村聚落案例,采用定量与定性结合的研究方法,通过重构指标确定及用地时空变化分析,归纳出不同转型模式的空间特征差异及重构路径,并进一步有针对性地提出了3种差异化的空间重构优化方法。

Differentiated Spatial Reconstruction of Transformation Models of Agricultural Rural Settlements/LI Peixi,LI Heping,FU Peng,XIAO Jing,XIE XinSince the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategy,the manifestation of diversified agricultural values under the background of urban-rural coordination and the deep integration of three industries have become the focus of future agricultural development.The development of agricultural rural settlements in China has also ushered in an important period of strategic opportunities.From the perspective of agricultural upgrading,the transformation models of agricultural rural settlements are divided into ecological agriculture model,park agriculture model and leisure agriculture model.On this basis,26 typical cases of rural settlements are studied with a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Based on indicator construction and spatial-temporal analysis of land use changes,the spatial characteristic differences and reconstruction paths of different transformation models are summarized,and three differentiated spatial reconstruction optimization methods are put forward.
