社会性注意对孤独症儿童核心症状发展形成的影响

摘要 对5名孤独症儿童进行为期8个月的研究,采用问卷、访谈、查阅成长记录、调取就诊病历等方式,收集他们0—3岁的行为信息进行核心症状形成过程分析。分析发现,社会注意性缺陷在孤独症儿童3个月时已经出现。社会性注意缺陷对孤独症儿童后续出现的社交障碍、兴趣狭窄和刻板行为等孤独症核心症状的发展形成有重要影响。由此,应从婴儿期就重视孤独症儿童的社会性注意的培养,将社会性注意培养作为孤独症儿童早期干预的重要内容。 An 8-month study was conducted on 5 children with autism.The behavioral information of 0-3 years old was collected by means of questionnaires,interviews,growth records,medical records and other methods to analyze the formation process of core symptoms.The analysis found that social attention deficits had already appeared in children with autism by the time they were 3 months old.Social attention deficit plays an important role in the development and formation of the core symptoms of autism,such as social disturbance,narrow interest and stereotyped behavior.Therefore,attention should be paid to the development of social attention in infancy,and social attention training should be an important part of early intervention for autistic children.
