高校成果转移转化过程中的专利信息服务对策研究

[目的/意义]旨在为提升高校专利信息服务能力,促进高校科技成果转化效率提供参考。[方法/过程]通过分析高校科技成果转化过程中专利信息服务的现状及影响因数,分析在专利信息对称性、专利分级分类健全性、专利价值评估完整性的成果及其做法。[结果/结论]高校建立一套集便捷查询、合理分类、高效评估的科研成果评价体系,对保护创新成果、提高科研成果市场竞争力、促进高校专利技术转移转化具有重要意义。

[Purpose/significance]The aim of this study is to provide reference for improving the patent information service ability of universities and promoting the efficiency of transforming scientific and technological achievements in universities.[Method/process]By analyzing the current situation and influencing factors of patent information services in the process of transforming scientific and technological achievements in universities this paper analyzes the achievements and practices of patent information symmetry patent classification and classification integrity and patent value evaluation integrity.[Result/conclusion]The paper proposes that universities establish a set of scientific research achievement evaluation system with convenient query reasonable classification and efficient evaluation which is of great significance to protect innovation achievements enhance the market competitiveness of scientific research achievements and promote the transfer and transformation of university patented technology.
