基于数理统计法探讨瑜伽训练对高校男生身体机能的影响

摘要 以某大学参加瑜伽练习的15名男生为实验组,进行8周瑜伽练习后,将实验组男生的身体机能进行统计分析和对比.研究发现:参加瑜伽运动的男生体重呈现下降态势,体脂比的变化更加健康;在心肺功能的有氧能力提升方面,实验组在显著程度上大于对照组;被测试者在瑜伽练习后的睡眠质量也要显著优于练习前.基于此,认为可在高校男生中推广瑜伽运动,以期普遍增强学生体质. Fifteen male students who participated in yoga practice at a certain university were selected as the experimental group.After 8 weeks of yoga practice,the physical functions of the experimental group were statistically analyzed and compared.Research had found that boys who participated in yoga exercise showed a trend of weight loss,and their body fat ratio became healthier.In terms of improving aerobic capacity in cardiopulmonary function,the experimental group showed a significant increase compared to the control group.The sleep quality of the participants after yoga practice was significantly better than before.Based on this,yoga can be promoted among male students in universities,in order to generally enhance their physical fitness.
