摘要
目的:基于Meta分析方法更全面地评价SP110基因多态性与结核病之间的关系。方法:在CBM、CNKI、维普、万方、PubMed、Web of science、EMBASE、Cochrane library等数据库中,检索2022年10月前国内外已发表的关于SP110基因SNPs与结核病易感性相关的文献,由两名研究者共同分析提取SP110基因研究较多的两个SNP位点(rs722555、rs11679983)的基本信息及数据,分别对两个SNP位点的5个模型(等位基因、杂合、纯合、显性与隐性)进行Meta分析。利用RevMan5.3软件进行效应量的合并以及Stata14.0软件进行Egger’s检验评价发表偏倚。结果:最终纳入10篇文献,其中rs722555位点包含病例组831例,对照组923例,rs11679983位点包含病例组3295例,对照组3284例。结果显示SP110基因rs722555多态性病例组与对照组间差异在统计学上无意义,5个模型即等位基因(A vs.G:OR=0.866,95%CI:0.632~1.188,P=0.372),杂合子(AG vs.GG:OR=0.74,95%CI:0.50~1.10,P=0.14),纯合子(AA vs.GG:OR=0.73,95%CI:0.38~1.41,P=0.34),显性(AA+AG vs.GG:OR=0.74,95%CI:0.47~1.17,P=0.19)与隐性(AA vs.AG+GG:OR=0.91,95%CI:0.59~1.40,P=0.66)。SP110基因rs11679983多态性病例组与对照组间差异在统计学上无意义,5个模型即等位基因(A vs.G:OR=0.89,95%CI:0.57~1.39,P=0.61),杂合(AG vs.GG:OR=1.26,95%CI:0.65~2.44,P=0.49),纯合(AA vs.GG:OR=1.12,95%CI:0.39~3.20,P=0.83),显性(AA+AG vs.GG:OR=1.13,95%CI:0.62~2.03,P=0.70)与隐性(AA vs.AG+GG:OR=0.87,95%CI:0.56~1.33,P=0.51)。结论:SP110基因SNP(rs722555与rs11679983)与结核病易感性可能不相关。
Objective:To evaluate the connection between SP110 gene polymorphism and tuberculosis more comprehensively based on Meta-analysis.Methods:In CBM,CNKI,Weipu,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of science,EMBASE,Cochrane library,etc.To search the literature published at home and abroad before October 2022 on SP110 gene SNPs and tuberculosis susceptibility.Assessed by two reviewersthe basic information and data of two SNP loci(rs722555 and rs11679983)which have been widely studied in SP110 gene were extracted,and the five models(allele,heterozygous,homozygous,dominant and recessive)of the two SNP sites were Meta-analyzed.Effector size pooling using RevMan 5.3 software and Egger's test for Stata14.0 assessed publication bias.Results:Finally,10 articles were included,among which the RS722555 locus included 831 cases in the case group and 923 in the control group,and the 11679983 locus included 3295 cases in the case group and 3284 in the control group.The results showed that the difference between the SP110 gene rs722555 polymorphism case group and the control group was statistically significant,and the five models were alleles(A vs.G:OR=0.866,95%CI:0.632~1.188,=0.372),Heterozygous(AG vs.GG:OR=0.74,95%CI:0.50~1.10,=0.14),Homozygous(AA vs.GG:OR=0.73,95%CI:0.38~1.41,=0.34),Dominant(AA+AG vs.GG:OR=0.74,95%CI:0.47~1.17,=0.19)and recessive(AA vs.AG+GG:OR=0.91,95%CI:0.59~1.40,=0.66).The difference between the SP110 gene rs11679983 polymorphism case group and the control group was not statistically significant,and the five models were alleles(A vs.G:OR=0.89,95%CI:0.57~1.39,=0.61),Heterozygous(AG vs.GG:OR=1.26,95%CI:0.65~2.44,=0.49),Homozygous(AA vs.GG:OR=1.12,95%CI:0.39~3.20,=0.83),Dominant(AA+AG vs.GG:OR=1.13,95%CI:0.62~2.03,=0.70)and recessive(AA vs.AG+GG:OR=0.87,95%CI:0.56~1.33,=0.51).Conclusion:The SP110 gene SNP(rs722555 vs.rs11679983)may not be associated with TB susceptibility.
