在大数据时代,高速公路建设项目变得更为复杂,涉及多主体的协同合作成为关键。本研究提出了一种基于多主体协同的进度管理模型,结合大数据技术,实现项目进度数据的全面采集与整合。该模型通过建立数据共享平台,促进各主体间信息的交流与共享,从而提高项目管理效率。利用大数据分析方法,对项目进度进行深入挖掘,识别潜在风险与瓶颈,为决策者提供科学决策依据。此外,本研究还探讨了多主体协同在项目进度管理中的应用,强调合作与协作的重要性,推动项目各方更加紧密地协同工作,共同推进项目进展。通过实例验证,该模型在高速公路建设项目进度管理中取得了显著成果,为行业提供了有益的经验与借鉴。

In the era of big data,highway construction projects have become more complex,and collaborative cooperation involving multiple stakeholders has become crucial.This study proposes a schedule management model based on multi-agent collaboration,combined with big data technology,to achieve comprehensive collection and integration of project schedule data.This model promotes information exchange and sharing among various entities by establishing a data sharing platform,thereby improving project management efficiency.Big data analysis methods are used to conduct in-depth exploration of project progress,identify potential risks and bottlenecks,and provide scientific decision-making basis for decision-makers.In addition,this study also explores the application of multi-agent collaboration in project schedule management,emphasizing the importance of cooperation and collaboration,promoting closer collaboration among project parties,and jointly advancing project progress.Through example verification,the model has achieved significant results in the progress management of highway construction projects,providing useful experience and reference for the industry.
