摘要 标准实施是标准价值体现的关键环节,技术标准实施评价则是规范公司标准化工作流程的重要组成部分。如何在新形式下确保技术标准得到有效的宣贯执行、科学的监督评价,对于提升公司基础管理工作水平,有效支撑公司规范体系建设至关重要。国网台州供电公司坚持“统一组织、分级实施、持续提升”的原则,通过推行PDCA管理模式,建立一体化运行机制,实行“分层、分区”的网状管理架构,并结合“五星班组”建设、技术标准专题网站等形式,全面实现了技术标准实施评价的全过程管控,切实提升了技术标准的执行效果和质量,使得公司实际业务工作始终和集团总部的规划部署、标准规范保持高度统一。 The implementation of standards is a key link in reflecting the value of standards,and the evaluation of technical standard implementation is an important component of standardizing the company's standardization workflow.How to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of technical standards,scientific supervision and evaluation in the new form,is crucial for improving the basic management level of the company and effectively supporting the construction of the company's regulatory system.Adhering to the principle of"unified organization,hierarchical implementation,and continuous improvement",by implementing the PDCA management model,State Grid Taizhou Power Supply Company establishes an integrated operating mechanism,to implement a"layered and partitioned"network management structure,and combined with the construction of"five-star teams"and technical standard topic websites,it comprehensively realizes the full process control of technical standard implementation evaluation,effectively improving the effectiveness and quality of technical standard execution,and ensuring that the actual business work of the company always maintains a high degree of consistency with the planning,deployment,and standard specifications of the group headquarters.
