Research on Optimizing Pricing Methods through Condition Change Analysis

本文以某污水处理厂项目为例,介绍了项目的投资模式及单价构成,并对投资决策阶段与实际阶段进行实际对比分析,通过分析得出投资边界条件变化,尤其是总投资增加导致项目财务内部收益率降低。最后通过对污水处理费计算公式进行调整,计算出的内部收益率满足投资决策阶段项目的内部收益率。本研究得出的公式可作为污水服务费价格调整的参考依据。

Taking a sewage treatment plant project as an example,this article introduces the investment model and unit price composition of the project,and conducts a practical comparative analysis between the investment decision-making stage and the actual stage.Through analysis,it is found that changes in investment boundary conditions,especially an increase in total investment,lead to a decrease in the internal financial rate of return of the project.Finally,by adjusting the calculation formula for sewage treatment fees,the calculated internal rate of return meets the internal rate of return of the investment decision-making stage project.The formula derived from this study can serve as a reference for adjusting the price of sewage service fees.
