摘要
本文介绍了为解决速率陀螺仪电机壳盖生产“瓶颈”问题,而建立的电机壳盖加工单元的建立过程和实践情况。同时,本文从解决管理瓶颈的角度,研究了如何构建符合自身需求的数控加工单元管控模式,从而提高数控单元的整体管理水平,实现数控专业化发展新突破。同时,重点对电机壳盖的生产特点、单元建设、工艺质量管控、技术总结等几个方面进行了详细介绍。
This paper introduces the establishment process and practice of the machining unit for the motor cover of rate gyroscope,which is established to solve the"bottleneck"problem in the production of motor cover.At the same time,from the perspective of solving the management bottleneck,this paper studies how to build a control mode of NC machining unit that meets its own needs,so as to improve the overall management level of NC units and realize a new breakthrough in the development of NCspecialization.At the same time,the production characteristics,unit construction,process quality control and technical summary of motor shell cover are introduced in detail.
