摘要
随着时代发展,我国公路建设已进入中后期养护阶段,其中以沥青路面养护作为最主要内容,如何平衡养护工程所涉及的质量、费用、环保等综合效益是一项极为重要的内容。厂拌热再生技术作为一种环保、高效、节能的路面翻修技术,可以循环利用废旧料、节省费用、降低成本、减少资源浪费等,对于工程建设发展方向具有重要的指导意义。本文从厂拌热再生沥青路面数据表现着手,对各方面稳定性能进行分析,表明在合适掺加量的情况下,厂拌热再生技术可满足沥青路面性能要求,对我国沥青路面养护维修、节省资源和环境保护等方面具有积极意义。
With the development of the times,China's highway construction has entered the mid to late maintenance stage,among which asphalt pavement maintenance is the most important content.How to balance the comprehensive benefits of quality,cost,environmental protection,and other aspects involved in maintenance engineering is an extremely important content.Plant mixed hot recycling technology,as an environmentally friendly,efficient,and energy-saving pavement renovation technology,can recycle waste materials,save costs,reduce costs,and minimize resource waste.It has important guiding significance for the development direction of engineering construction.This article starts with the data performance of factory mixed hot recycled asphalt pavement,analyzes the stability performance in various aspects,and shows that under the appropriate dosage,the plant mixed hot recycled technology can meet the performance requirements of asphalt pavement,which has positive significance for the maintenance and repair of asphalt pavement in China,resource conservation,and environmental protection.
